The master teacher. With a varied career she simply keeps on going, not ceasing to innovate and creating great events where people connect and find the love of dance. Her Kuduro & Afrobeats class is for beginners and open level students but is probably the busiest in London! Meet her in person and be inspired for the day.

AFROBEATMANIA with special guest from Portugal- BLAYA - Saturday 30th April 2016
...was a tremendous success! Thank you to all that attended! Next one?... Watch out for updates!

Studio Afro Latino was really proud to present an amazing day with artists that pioneer and help spread the Kuduro and Afrobeats dance movement in the UK and Europe.

The day started rocking to the sweet and fun moves of Azonto with Iris De Brito. We also engaged a local instructor - Verona Patterson who got everyone moving to Dancehall beats!
We had a very special guest - Blaya -  who has toured with the famous Buraka Sound System all over the world and is a big influence in this popular african urban dance style.

The day went well with no delays, quick registration, thanks to so many people booking online! The classes worked in a progressive level of difficulty and speed with Blaya bringing the energy right up at the end!

We also had a post workshop talk with students and instructors discussing the styles and artistic pursuits through this dance form.

The video that convinced you to attend the event...

Thank you to all that attended, all the supporters who posted and shared the event and told their friends to come! We had people from Scotland, Nottingham and London making the event truly special. Let's do it again soon!

Keep dancing!
